Terms of service
Version 2026-10-06. These terms apply to every account and every order. The version accepted is recorded with your account and with each order.
1. Who we are and definitions
- The service is provided by Method Head Solution PVT Limited, a company registered in Malta under number C76422, VAT MT23633814, Flat 9, De Vilhena Apartments, Triq Manoel de Vilhena, GZR 1013 Gzira, Malta (“we”, “us”), under the brand Digital Revolution.
- “Client” or “you” means the business that creates an account or places an order. “Publisher” means the independent owner or operator of a website listed in the marketplace. “Article” means any guest post, sponsored article or link placement ordered through the service. “Marketplace Data” means the list of websites, their names, metrics, prices, conditions and contacts.
2. Business use only and acceptance
- The service is offered exclusively to businesses and professionals acting for business purposes. By creating an account you confirm that you are not a consumer and that you have authority to bind the business you represent.
- By creating an account and by placing each order you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, you must not use the service.
3. Account and verification
- Access to domain names and ordering requires a verified account. Verification can take up to 7 days. We may refuse, suspend or revoke verification at our sole discretion and without giving reasons.
- You must provide true and complete information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping your credentials confidential.
4. Confidentiality and non-circumvention
- Marketplace Data is our confidential information and a valuable commercial asset. You may use it only to place orders with us. You must not copy, export, extract, publish, resell, share or disclose it, in whole or in part, to any third party.
- During your use of the service and for 24 months after your last access, you must not, directly or through any third party, contact a Publisher identified through the service in order to buy, or obtain an offer for, articles, links or advertising without going through us.
- For each website affected by a breach of this section you agree to pay us, as a pre-agreed compensation, the greater of €5,000 or five times the price shown for that website in the marketplace, without prejudice to our right to claim further damages and to seek an injunction in any jurisdiction. A breach also allows us to close your account immediately and to retain any prepaid amounts.
5. Acceptable use and monitoring
- You must not use bots, scrapers, scripts, crawlers, automated browsers or any other automated means to access the marketplace, nor attempt to bypass our limits or security measures, nor share your account.
- We monitor the use of the marketplace (including IP addresses, pages viewed, timing and browser signals) to protect Marketplace Data. We may limit, block or suspend access automatically or manually, and our records constitute evidence of the activity concerned.
6. Marketplace information
- Metrics such as Domain Rating, traffic, referring domains, language and traffic country are estimates from third-party tools and Publisher declarations. They are provided for information only, may be inaccurate or out of date and may change at any time. We give no warranty as to their accuracy.
- Publication conditions (number and type of links, sponsored label, permanence, turnaround, accepted topics) are those declared by each Publisher and may change until an order is confirmed by us.
7. Orders
- Placing an order is a request. A contract for an order exists only when we confirm it and issue the invoice. Until then we may refuse or cancel any order or any website in it, in whole or in part, without giving reasons.
- Publishers decide independently whether to accept an article. If a Publisher refuses or does not respond, we may propose an alternative website of similar characteristics or issue a credit for that item, at our choice.
- Turnaround times are estimates and are not binding. Delays caused by Publishers do not give rise to any liability or right to compensation.
8. Prices, invoicing and payment
- Prices are in euros and exclude VAT and any other taxes, which are added where applicable. Prices may change at any time until the order is confirmed.
- Unless agreed otherwise in writing, invoices are payable in full and in advance by bank transfer. Bank, transfer and currency fees are borne by you. Work starts only after the payment is received in full.
- Late payment bears interest at the maximum rate allowed by the law of Malta and entitles us to suspend the service and any pending orders. Chargebacks or payment reversals made without our agreement are a breach of these terms and the amounts concerned remain due.
9. Content supplied by the client
- If you supply the article, we review it before sending it to the Publisher. We may request changes or refuse content that we or the Publisher consider unsuitable, unlawful, misleading or contrary to the Publisher’s guidelines. Our review is for editorial and publishing purposes only and does not transfer to us any responsibility for the content.
- You warrant that you own or are licensed to use all content, images, trademarks and data you supply, and that their publication does not infringe any third-party right or law.
10. Changes to the article
- All changes to an article must be requested and agreed before it is sent to the Publisher for publication. Once an article has been sent to the Publisher or published, we are not obliged to obtain any change.
- Any change after publication (text, links, anchors, target URLs or removal) is entirely at the Publisher’s discretion, is not guaranteed and may be charged as a new order.
11. Article writing service
- When we write the article, you will receive it for approval and may request one round of revisions within 5 business days. If you do not reply within that period, the article is considered approved.
- You must check the article before approving it, in particular any factual, legal, regulatory, medical or financial statement, and any claim about your products, bonuses or offers. By approving it you take full responsibility for its content.
- Copyright in the article is transferred to you upon full payment, subject to the Publisher’s right to publish it.
12. Publication and delivery
- Articles are published by the Publishers on their websites. Our service is delivered in full when the article is live and we provide you with its URL.
- You must report any problem with a published article (for example a wrong link) within 7 days of receiving the URL. After that period the publication is considered accepted.
13. Publishers are independent — removals and later changes
- Publishers are independent third parties. We do not own, control or operate their websites and are not responsible for their acts or omissions.
- We are not responsible if, after publication, a Publisher or any third party removes, unpublishes, edits, moves or redirects the article; changes the links to nofollow, sponsored or ugc; removes or changes a link; adds a sponsored label; blocks indexing; or if the website goes offline, is sold, changes topic, loses traffic or metrics, or is penalised or de-indexed by a search engine.
- A Publisher’s statement that an article is “permanent” is the Publisher’s commitment, not ours. Any replacement, re-publication or credit that we may offer in such cases is a commercial gesture at our sole discretion and never an obligation.
14. No guarantee of results
- We do not guarantee any ranking, traffic, conversions, revenue, indexing or other result from any article.
- Search engines publish guidelines on paid links. Choosing to buy articles and links, and how to label them, is your decision and your risk.
15. Your legal responsibility
- All legal matters related to the article, its content and the pages it links to are your sole responsibility. This includes, without limitation:
- holding every licence and authorisation required in each targeted market, in particular for gambling, betting, financial, crypto, health and other regulated products;
- compliance with advertising, gambling, consumer-protection, unfair-commercial-practices, age-restriction and responsible-gambling rules, and with any obligation to label content as advertising or sponsored;
- compliance with intellectual-property, data-protection, defamation and competition law;
- the lawfulness, accuracy and availability of the linked pages and of your products and services.
- You must not order articles that promote illegal products or services, unlicensed gambling, or content that is misleading, defamatory, hateful, adult or otherwise unlawful.
16. Indemnity
You will defend, indemnify and hold harmless us, our directors, staff, subcontractors and the Publishers against any claim, fine, penalty, loss, damage, cost or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your content, your linked pages, your products or services, your breach of these terms or your breach of any law.
17. Cancellations, credits and refunds
- You may cancel an order before it is sent to the Publisher. Amounts paid are then converted into a credit for future orders, less any costs already incurred (including writing work).
- Once an article has been sent to the Publisher or published, no cancellation, refund or credit is possible, including in the situations described in section 13.
- Credits are not refundable in cash, are not transferable and expire 12 months after the corresponding payment. Any cash refund is at our sole discretion.
18. Monthly prepaid packages
- Prepaid packages give the discount published for the corresponding tier on orders placed during the package period. Prepaid amounts are non-refundable and non-transferable; unused amounts become a credit under section 17.3.
- We may change the tiers and discounts for future packages at any time.
19. Limitation of liability
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, nor for any loss of profit, revenue, business, rankings, traffic, data, goodwill or opportunity.
- Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you actually paid for the specific item of that order giving rise to the claim, and our total liability in any 12-month period is limited to the amounts paid to us in that period.
- Any claim must be notified to us in writing within 30 days of the event giving rise to it, failing which it is waived.
- Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, such as liability for fraud or wilful misconduct.
20. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or close your account, cancel pending orders and refuse future orders at any time if you breach these terms, if we suspect fraud, abuse or unlawful activity, or if required by law. Amounts due remain payable. Sections 4, 5, 13, 15, 16, 17, 19 and 23 survive termination.
21. Force majeure and subcontracting
We are not liable for any failure or delay caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including acts or omissions of Publishers, hosting or payment providers, internet failures, search-engine changes, cyber-attacks, strikes or acts of authorities. We may use subcontractors to provide any part of the service.
22. Personal data
We process personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.
23. General
- We may amend these terms at any time. The version in force when an order is placed applies to that order; continued use of the service after an amendment means acceptance of it.
- These terms, together with our confirmation of each order, are the entire agreement between you and us and prevail over any terms of yours. If any provision is found invalid, the rest remains in force and the invalid provision is replaced by a valid one with the closest effect. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
- You may not assign your rights or obligations without our written consent. We may assign ours to any company of our group or to a successor.
- Notices are given by email to the address of your account and to hello@digitalrevolution.media. Our electronic records (orders, emails, logs) are evidence of the communications and transactions they record.
- These terms are written in English. Translations are provided for convenience only; the English version prevails.
- These terms are governed by the laws of Malta. The courts of Malta have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to our right to seek injunctions or to recover amounts due in the courts of your domicile.
